Whoa, what happened? I think it is likely out of warranty? Unless there is some exception for this issue?

Well im conjecturing on the damage based on UI, it would have to be diagnosed. But damage is nrvrr under warranty even if you damage it the same day you receive it.

Go to rma portal plug in mac it will tell you what yoir options are.

This type of damage is usually ground current and could have happened awhile ago but you did not notice it until you ipgraded it and looked at status page.

But WISP Repair which runs our RMAs will repair most any unit even other manufacturer equipment.
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.

Still getting this message when the switch tries to send an e-mail, and I can'T figure out why,

[->] RCPT TO:<support@isfquebec.net> [<-] 553 5.7.1 <ISFQuebec@isfquebec.net>: Sender address rejected: not owned by user admin@isfquebec.net ssmtp: RCPT TO:<support@isfquebec.net> (553 5.7.1 <ISFQuebec@isfquebec.net>: Sender address rejected: not owned by user admin@isfquebec.net)

the email account ISFQuebec@isfquebec.net comes from I don'T know where, this happened since 1.5.25,

ISFQuebec being my User credential, to access the device,

Now if I change my Login User to admin it works fine,

It looks like the User name has to be a valid e-mail adresse for this to work, Not very good for us,

Thank you for guiding me to make it work again,

regards
