That's from an

piece of traffic equipment that acts as a hub between Ethernet and BPL (Broadband Power Line) chipset connected devices. They only ever connect at 10Mb half duplex

. I've suggested they make a new interface

but I'm sure they've moved on to their next generation product design.

We have been researching switch options to update to and so far the Netonix is looking good: doesn't cost an arm-and-a-leg (as a tax paying resident I like it when the government saves money), runs 100Mb or Gigabit SFP's, is easy to program, and just keeps getting better and better.
BTW, I've got some ideas you may want to consider that could make this a very successful product for traffic

- of course we'll use them as is for some of our applications as they are a nice cost-effective solution
