Credit Card Order Help

Just tried to order 10 fans. Site keeps declining card. Have verified shipping and billing addresses (Mesa, AZ) are correct, including zip codes.

We tried PayPal but it isn't setup for guest checkout which would be the only way we can use PayPal.

Is there a known issue?
Today is an average day: Worse than yesterday, but better than tomorrow.

No, issues on our side? Multiple CC sales today.
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.
