Web interface sometimes does not load

This probably isn't a huge deal but I thought I'd mention it. I don't think this is the 100% scaling issue as I always keep my browsers at 100%. I've seen this quite a few times over the years and it doesn't seem to matter the model of the switch, or the firmware, or the computer I am accessing the switch from. I primarily use Chrome so it may be a Chrome thing.

Sometimes when I log into a switch the web interface won't fully load, I've attached a screenshot below of what happens. When I refresh the page, one of three things can happen. Sometimes this page comes back, sometimes I get a completely white screen, or the page will load normally. When this happens I frequently have to hit refresh multiple times.

I'm in the process of upgrading some of my switches to the 1.5.25 this morning and I've encountered it a few times after the upgrade completes.

Thats due to browser cache, simply refresh.
