Standard MTU? any qinq encapsulation? vlans? ambiguity is our enemy, as is a dearth of detail
update upon open chassis examination:
device was reworked 8/23 by dan at isp technologies - I see he replaced the primary SoC and clock, along with 2 current sensors and their attendant shunt resistors and line magnetics. Unclear if protection diodes were also reworked at this point, i see no clashing date codes or solder joints that would indicate they were, every time *I* leave those I end up replacing the SoC again, though
I've begun to feel as though we're involved in a conversation that should be between you and he at this point, am following up with him privately as well (yelling at him for getting silicone between the SoC and board
you're supposed to mask the schmoo or it complicates subsequent removal!...)
Guess we'll keep getting it labbed up, have it handle my barnnet shot; one thing i will say is i'm no longer sure who's problem we're finding
