Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
Take a look here:
[available firmware]
There are more in the archive folder, but I strongly recommend you do not go that far back or the switch will probably brick.

Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
Stephen,
I rolled back to 2.0.6 Rc2 and that works OK ! So something definately in the software that changed between RC2 and final 2.0.6 version.

Thanks wtm,
Just to confirm, if you now update back to 2.0.6 do they stop working?

Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
I switched images back to the 2.0.6 that was in there, everything seemed to still work (Had the DACS cable in it). I am loading on the 2.0.6 firmware now, and will see if it still does at that point.

Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
Reloaded 2.0.6 final on the unit, and everything works like it should. This unit and a 2nd one just came back from getting the boards swapped. Pulling up the 2nd unit and will try it again.
I pulled the 2nd unit, and it would not connect after it came up on boot. Reloaded 2.0.6 and then had to select 1 Gig on SFP+13, and then back to 10 Gig on it. It then started working as it should.
So not really sure what firmware version the units came back with?
But ALL the modules we have, including the DACS units seem to connect and process data at 10 Gig now.

Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
Glad that it worked out, I'm going to update the listing.
As far as I know, with this result that means we don't have any failing SFP+ module's for the WS3.
Glad we're going in a positive direction.

Re: WS-3 fiber modules ?
That was a Mikrotik S+DA0001 DAC cable that worked. (I listed it as a DAC3 cable in previous post)
