Power outage when firmware updating ?

What can I do with a WS-6-MINI switch I was updating firmware on, and while doing it, we had a power outage ? :yikes:
I does not reply on 192.168.1.20 now (it was brand new, just unpacked)....
HELP!

Sadly there is no way to recover this without a special serial cable.

Options:
RMA it back and we will recover firmware

I will put up a link to the special serial cable with UART and pinout you would need to use. Warning the console pins on the board are not keyed and if you put the cable on wrong it will fry the cable chip.

I will try and put up this link by tomorrow.
