Giving some thanks

Want to just say thanks for Chris and Rory for the support on getting the issues solved with my vlan issue on the SFP ports on my switch. It took a little bit but eventually everything got straighten out with the latest version. :hurray: A lot to say when a company will actually call you and work things out. In my experience there is only one other company that will deliver that kind of support and I really appreciate it when everything is taken into consideration.

Looking forward to finally be able to drop my switch in to give it a try in a live environment!

Please do take a picture when it is installed and post it up on the installation pictures thread.

Where is this "installation pictures thread"? I have not been able to find it.

Installation pictures will come in soon from me. Took pictures already of the installation though I just have one connection that we are "testing" with for a week. As long as all goes well I will be moving everything over the end of the next week! :D

I'm pleased that everything worked out well. As always please let us know if you have any further feedback or issues. I firmly believe that listening to your customers is the foundation of any good business, so I will always at least listen. :cool:
