Trying to figure out what the current status is with RMAs. We have submitted a few and haven't heard anything. If there is a backlog, maybe we could help you out. I run a depot facility that could take care of the board swaps/reflashes for you. Just trying to get an ETA on when we can get out switches repaired.

Chris, who handles our RMA's, has been taking a long deserved semi-vacation for the last couple of months to do some
major renovations on his house. It turned out to be a massive fix it before it breaks project, so his focus when
he comes into work when he gets a chance during the week has been on production, not RMA's.

He plans on hitting the RMA's again by months end.

Do we have any update on this? It is now February and still haven't heard anything back.

Looking for any updates on an ETA. We really need to get our inventory fixed up for 2020. We are more than capable of doing the repairs ourself if we can buy the boards and flashing tool from you.

I haven't gotten a reply with an RMA# for any of my requests.
