I'm guessing that the 10Gb line will be released when MT releases ROS v7.

The second power supply is not as protection against the failure of the first power supply. But as a solution to a power failure (typically a UPS fault).

The number of our AC power supplies models that fail are less than 0.05% or 1 in 2,000. This is partly due to the fact that we use power supplies that are rated for convection cooling but we implement forced air cooling which significant increases their MTBF.

Do you have dimensions of the new units you can post? (Really just depth, since the other two are fairly fixed)

Alpha production is done, we solved the issue that had been holding us up for almost a year, it was memory issue which caused intermittent lockups, changed vendors, all is good now.

Yes, still the same, we are building small BETA production run now.

After that small production run of around 100 units that we will sell to public, probably sometime in March.

After feedback a full production run will be placed.

WS3-14-600-AC / DC
600 watts of power
(2) SFP+ ports
(12) 1G Copper ports
Ports 1-2 24VH
Ports 1-8 48VH <= THIS IS WHY 600 WATTS
Ports 1-12 24V & 48V
External Temp and Humidity Sensor on 6' cord (included with switch)
External Door Open sensor port 6' cord to magnetic door sensor included
External 10A Relay switch controlled via switch firmware based on numerous things like Temp Humidity Time of Day
The switch is capable of Layer 3 and a lot more but at first we want to release firmware with all same features as existing switches.

The WS3 line uses ACTIVE OVER CURRENT PROTECTION or AOCP which means you can NOT fry a port with a shorted cable anymore.
