Purchase with delivery to Miami and then to Chile

We are a company from the South of Chile and we use a lot of their products, especially the PoE DC switches.
We need to buy 20 switches (10xWS12-250-DC with rack tabs and 10xWS8-150-DC) with delivery to Chile, the official supplier in Chile says that he will not bring more equipment and I need it urgently.
How are the steps to make the purchase?
I buy them normally in the web page or I follow some other process?
We have a carrier in Miami, who will bring it to Chile.
