+1 on SFP+ switches. In fact your current line should have at least 1 SFP+ on each switch (but both cages would be better). Then a 12 port SFP+ switch for aggregation.

I would also like to see a
WS-12-250-DC+
WS-12-250-AC+
These would be 2 SFP+ ports on the far left and 12 SFP ports in place of the copper utp ports.
The DC version of this would be great for active FTTX deployments. You can create a 10GB ring.
