Order Checkout Issue

My purchasing group is trying to place an order from your site and upon checkout they are just met with a spinning wheel and can not complete the checkout process. This is both with Chrome and IE browsers. Do you have a known issue present with your checkout process?

Some people have reported issues with check out, here are the options. Keep in mind we did not write this web store it is Magento
Some are able to check out after upgrading browser, sometimes you need to force browser upgrades, in chrome click 3 vertical dots in upper right corner then select help and then about Google Chrome. REMEMBER TO RESTART CHROME AFTER UPGRADE
Use another browser and or computer
At checkout select pay via PayPal which directs you to their portal where you can use the same card but requires you to have a PayPal Account.
