Order Status question

Back on 7/7/21 we ordered a replacement board for our WS3-14-600-AC and we haven't heard anything since then. The order shows "processing" as it's status.

I was wondering if I could get some information on lead time for this item as it has been 2 weeks with no word about it.

I apologize for the delay, the issue is getting boards. At this time we have none as we have had issues getting parts. We are hoping to have boards soon. Best guess maybe next week.
