Has anyone had an issue reaching someone to schedule non-warranty (paid) repair work? In the past I've had no problems at all requesting RMAs where I paid to have a switch repaired. However I sent in two requests in February, five more in August, and have not heard from anyone. No return emails when I request info, nothing. The emails don't bounce back so they are going somewhere.
I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchases, just trying to get a few repaired. Has the process changed in any way?
