Your fine, the SOC is rated to run to 125C

Because the internal sensors in the SOC from the chip maker are not that accurate

If you average those 3 SOC sensors you probably get a better idea
(66+72+44) / 3 = 61C

As I said the SOC is rated to 125C = You're Fine!

What version of firmware are you running?

If you are running an old version of firmware and you have AFX or airMAX AC radios which have Flow Control Bugs which can cause the switch to "appear" to lock up but really you are packet locked and you could simply unplug the offending cable and traffic would resume.

The newer versions of firmware will most often protect against Pause Frame Storms from Flow Control bugs in devices by disabling Flow Control on the offending port.

BEFORE you declare a LOCK UP you should use a console cable and I think you will find the switch is NOT locked up.

NEVER SEEN THIS SWITCH SERIES LOCK UP - EVER
We test ran these in 55C thermal test chambers Ovens under heavy loads - NO LOCK UPS.

what firmware version fixed this issue of possible flow control bugs? This could be whats happening with our switches, what is the resolution to this issue?

There never was a bug in the "switch" firmware in regards to flow control.

As far as firmware you should be running v1.5.0
