Order issue - my fault!

I have tried contacting UPS, Netonix support form and the defunct sales@netonix.com email address and have not been able to receive any support. Apologies if this is the wrong place. Could you please message me about my order that didn't make it through customs? I paid for the order and have no update where it is other than "delivered back to sender" which is presumably your facility. Thank you!

Your order is on the way back.

Have not received it, when we do will credit your account.

Customs said they were unable to reach you to collect taxes/tarriffs.

We provided them the email and number you provided us again but they claim unable to reach you.

Returned items can take several weeks for us to get.
