Hello,
My Netonix Manager acting strange lately.
Basically need to reboot server after few hours of use.
It is running 1.17 version and showing 1.24 is available but when I click 'update' it either crashes or just shows it is updating and it takes forever but at the end nothing happen.
So, I wanted to ask what is correct procedure to spin up brand new Netonix Manager. Is it OK to install new Manager and then one by one switch first remove from old server and then adopt in new one?
I saw warnings about two Netonix Manager instances, so wanted to make sure how to proceed.

On my Windows based Network Manager I had the same issue trying to update. I had to download directly from the website and install.

So, after you installed new one, did you ever had both Netonix Manager up at the same time?
I saw warning - never have 2 managers.

No. It upgraded the existing installation.

Never run 2 managers.

Remove old one or both and reinstall.
