Upgrade ws-6 mini

Hello,
We are using a WS-6-mini which we have not upgraded for a long time.
I have a few questions:
1. The latest post in 'download latest firmware' thread on this forum is v 1.5.14 (from feb 8 2022).
Is this the last stable version for the ws-6-mini?
2. Can I upgrade directly from our current firmware version (1.4.9) to this version?
