Hello, several days ago I made an account on the website and was able to login and purchase a switch.
Recently I was going to see if there was any more new stock to purchase on the site but it now has a captcha and no matter what I do it says "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later"
I know my sign-in was not incorrect and I have been trying to log in for a couple of days now with the same results.
The "contact us" send sends me to this forum.
How can I get my account re-enabled on the site?
