Monitor Link Status with SNMP

We have some links that are flapping between 100M-F and 1G, which SNMP OID can we used to monitor the port link status/speed on the Netonix WS-26-400-IDC
The current MIB files that we found on the forums only provide OIDs for power monitoring stats.
