there is no stock with my current provider, nor is there stock on any platform, is there a lack of components?, was it discontinued, and was bought by another brand?

Hello Servired,

This has been answered in many threads. Due to component shortages, Netonix is releasing switches in small batches as they become available.

Scan through some threads and you will get the official replies to this and similar questions.

We also faced the same problem, so I would be grateful if anyone can share some useful advice.

Update 10-03-2023, my provider in Mexico "SYSCOM", comments that the company went bankrupt and there will be no more NETONIX equipment, they comment that I use other POE switches such as WITEK, how true is this!

Netonix did not go bankrupt, SYSCOM is full of ****,
we are just having supply issues like most manufacturers...we received a new shipment of boards this week and are building some switches now.

Will they be available on the website or are they going straight to distributers? My last spare WS-12-250-dc was used 6 months ago so we've had to go out and "source" spares from working sites. It's a major PITA replacing them with a regulator(s) and alternative POE switches but you're not leaving us with any other options as doing this "on the fly" in inclement weather if one unexpectedly dies would be a nightmare.

You should be looking after your existing users first and foremost.

Sorry we are building as quick as we can get parts. And then the parts are costing more and more and more.

LETS GO BRANDON

Check the site now, there are a few on there (WS-12-250-AC and DC) and will trickle in over the next few weeks so check daily.

THere are also some WS3 which are stable with v2.0.8

Any updates on inventory? I tried to purchase a Ws-12-250-AC this morning and could not get past the CAPTCHA process.
