Can't Make Account to Order from Website?

I created an account, but I am not receiving the confirmation email. I have clicked to have it resent a couple times. I have tried it from Firefox and Chrome in case there was some browser issue.

Any suggestions? I just need to order a fan - I usually get my Netonix gear from distributors so I've never setup an account here.

Check spam folder

Whitelist netonix.com domain in email server and or spam filter

It isn't in spam, I did check there before posting.

I do get emails from forum@netonix.com successfully, I'm not sure why I wouldn't receive messages from other netonix addresess. I'll try whitelisting on the server and check again.

The email wasn't even getting to my spam as it was "quarantined" in Exchange 365 and labeled as "high confidence phishing" before even getting to the mailbox. I reported the false positive, but even whitelisting didn't work. Anyhow, I'm in now.

If anyone else has issues with Office / Exchange 365, check your Exchange Admin Center for quarantined messages.
