Running Fan Bank

We have boxes (IOIO) that have 48v fan banks to keep the equipment cool. They state they use 1.6amps, I'd like to use a Netonix unit to not only work on data but primarily power those fan banks so we may remotely control them for winter (off), summer (on). Which unit can provide the amperage that will run them. The Netonix themselves would run on 110v.
