We just learned that our national reseller Syscom in Mexico has decided to stop selling Netonix switches. I really do not know why. :willy: :yikes:
This is a terrible news, because we might need to either switch brands, and were in love with Netonix, or if you guys have another reseller in Mexico, please let us know.
To check if they have stock .

thanks

I wonder if Data Alliance in Nogales could get them for you? They don't list Netonix on their site but maybe check with them to see if they can get the product from their distributor...

Also you can purchase direct as we ship to Mexico via DHL every week, you just pay VAT and collection fee from DHL which I think is around $15

Here too difficult and expensive to RMA.
I dont know that the issue was with SYSCOM, but they are large and have a great lab.

Hopefully you can re negotiate.

I believe Netonix as a product has what it needs to grow huge. Hopefully the management can think big, and go from good to great.
Sometimes changes are needed, and management does not like changes. Manufacturing outsourcing?
best wishes.
