Hello Guys,
We have got a 12port 250W DC switch that does not seem to boot up , we can see LEDS lighting on the inside, the power LED flickers for a bit and then goes off .
The Fan does not run at all.
Any ideas ..thanks in advance

Can you see any output at all on the serial console?
If you can send a screenshot of what it looks like.

If not, it sounds like the Unit needs an RMA.

There is definately nothing from the console.
How do i file for an RMA ?
