BPDU Filter?

Is there a way to stop STP BPDUs from being sent or received on a single port, similar to Cisco's BPDU Filter? Does just "turning off" STP for a single switchport accomplish this?
To be clear it must prevent BPDUs from being transmitted, as well as drop incoming BPDUs, without passing them along
