I would not want something that does not have a positive lock. The existing connectors are fine.

Matt, SO you can immediately lose it when hauling it up to the site ! Ha Ha. Still better than the terminals though.........
Still like the Mic plugs, easy to come by and cheap to get !
The metal lugs stop the open wire end, but you still have "hot" metal hanging out there!

Interesting that there have been drawings up on the forums about these for MONTHS and only now people suggest another connector AFTER we place an order for production!!!

I picked it because we need something, and everyone wanted something different. Connector I picked can handle the 20 amps, so I went with it.

sorry, i meant we needed a 20 amp easy to use connector, and i wanted a large safety margin, so the connector i picked can actually handle 30 Amps.

we have a 250 watt dc-dc supply, if the user is say running from 12 volts, we need 20 amps in (12x20=240 watts)
