Sounds like a lose RJ45 connector.

This was really an issue with AFX radios as they had a jack that did not securely hold the cable in.

We along with many users had to zip tie the cable in such a way as to apply inward pressure on the connector.

Recently at my WISP we had to have tower crews go up and clean some connectors and re-seat them.

But more information would help.

Switch model?

Device on these ports?

Firmware version?

General setup description?

You know, more information to get the guessing game started.

Also post up a screen grab of the following TABs:

Status, Ports, Deice/Status would greatly help.

Read my post footer for instructions.

If this is an older WS-12-250-AC / WS-12-250-DC / WS-12-400-AC / WS-12-DC and you recently started upgrading radios to higher power demands like AC radios it could be this: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3934#p24989

Again more information is needed to even try and start to help you.

Example:
I have an wireless link that is dropping out at my WISP, do you have any idea why this is happening?

Pretty hard to help me with that little bit of info.

You would need more info to even begin to help, such as:
Radios
Antennas used if containerized
Firmware
Channel used
Channel width
Co-location of other radios
Competitors in the area
Noise Floor
And the list goes on, the more info the more you could surmise what might be the cause.

Switch model? WS-12-250-DC

Device on these ports? ALL DEVICES ARE ROCKET M5 WITH UBIQUITI AIR MAX SECTORS

Firmware version? v1.19.4 I KNOW ITS OUTDATED BUT HARD TO UPDATE WHEN THE NETWORK IS IN CONSTANT USE

Currently have two AFX on this tower into the switch.

Do you have an email I can email you I cant get these pictures uploaded

To upload pictures follow the instructions in my post footer.

There is a link called "Upload attachment" by the BLUE submit button

Note sure what v1.19.4 is? Do you mean v1.4.9 ???

You do realize there are security patches in upgrading?

Also we sent out warnings that all SMART DC switches WS-12-250-DC / WS-8-250-DC / WS-26-500-DC NEED to be upgraded to at least v1.5.0 as the APP on the power supply has an issue and can result in BAD things happening.

I run a WISP too but have no issue keeping my switches upgraded?

I use our Manager and schedule them for the evening, usually before I go to bed that way if something goes wrong I get a test message.
