WISP Switc WS-12-DC

Hi guys , just a quick question. I am running the WS-12-DC with the following connections. AF5x HD , AF5x , Dynadish
All ports are working fine but i have a problem with ports 1 and 2 As soon as i connect any of devices it comes one but it's not carrying any data trough the port.
I switch to a different port and than it works fine. So is there anything i can do to try and recover or repair ports 1 and 2
