I hope you have port link speed/suplex set to AUTO not hard coded on the ports TAB, also make sure radio is set to AUTO?
Next time this happens do not reboot switch try disable port then enable port on the ports TAB, it is the first check box on each port row.

Possible causes:
1) you have port speed/suplex hard coded not set to AUTO on both the switch and the radio.

2) Noise on Ethernet lines

3) Ground current traversing the Ethernet cables which is from not bonding the electric service ground rods to the tower ground rods. Ground current is the #1 cause for equipment damage in WISPs.

4) Bad cable and or Ends or lose ends.

5) If your using Ethernet Surge Protectors TAKE THEM OUT, they should not be used with "passive" POE switches like Netonix and Ubiquiti switches as they work by clamping all wires together creating a dead short which will damage the switch port and or switch if they trip and besides they insert signal loss. Also most damage to WISPs is NOT from serges on the line but rather Ground current and they provide no protection against this.

Since tens of thousands of people including me use these switches without this issue it would indicate there is something about your installation.

99% of all WISP equipment damage is from ground current (I own a WISP)
Here are some good posts on grounding:
