Our warehouse switch again rebooted this time it looks like it was about 6 hours ago (based on the time stamp of this post)

So as I requested please do the following:
Upgrade all WS-26-500-DC to v1.5.0rc1
Have Teamviewer installed on your workstation
PM me your cell number
I want to call you and check a couple things on all your WS-26-500-DC units but I need v1.5.0rc1 installed on them
The unit in your office I may want you to open and check something

We have updated 5 out of 6 units to 1.5, we are not able to take the other unit down currently requires advanced notice for the specific customers.

Can you reboot that switch?
Sometimes this does happen on rare occasions (like 1 in 1000), a reboot fixes it most times but sometimes requires a power cycle.

We too have a WS-26-500-DC that reboots every 2 to 8 days. I have have been syslogging this device and see a bunch of read/write errors. The switch rebooted again today around 11:39, so I am posting a chunk of the logs here. Any help would be appreciated. I have a second WS-26-500-DC that I plan on replacing it with if I need to RMA this unit.
This system boots up and things seem fine after this point

So read this post and the one below it:

We pulled v1.5.0rc2 down and are testing v1.5.0rc3 all day today and tomorrow and hope to release it soon
My suggestion to you is pull the switch out of service for now.
Bring back to office
Fix the I2C cable as described in this post:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3621#p23402And wait for v1.5.0rc3 which we hope to release soon.
We are very sorry for this issue and we are working hard and FULLY testing v1.5.0r3 to make sure it fixes this.

We will have a firmware release soon but I want that upgrade to occur in your office under controlled environment.
It is possible that v1.5.0rc2 would have caused an issue that will require the unit to RMA.
I will be making a post explaining all this when v1.5.0rc3 is released.
