RADIUS web/ssh authentication

Hi all,
I can't get RADIUS authentication to work with the WX-12-250-AC running 1.4.7 firmware. The RADIUS server is a Cisco ACS 5.8. I triple confirmed that secret is correct and I am using correct username & password. Any idea what configuration is needed on either side to get it to work? Thanks.
