POE 48 V

Hello everyone
I have a question about POE 48 v and I think I'll find my answer here ...
Basic we use 4 pairs of which 123 and 6 for data and 4 5 + and 7 8 - for DC power supply ...

But then why on some switch POE of cameras 48 V there are 12 + and 3 and 6 - (attached photo)
Be I understand nothing be there different type of POE .......... :headb:

Can you help me ?

This would be a question for the manufacturer of the device.

We are straight forward where as you select a passive POE option and we apply voltage to specific pins.

My guess is they use a POE controller chip that can use MODE A or MODE B
