WS-12-250-DC No web access

Hello I have a ws-12-250-dc attached that does not allow me to access via the WEB interface I only have access via SSH I rebooted in cold and nothing
I was all right suddenly I do not have access to the WEB interface
Any idea that it may be happening

My guess is you did not keep your software upgraded?
What version firmware are you running?
Login via SSH and do a "sh status"
Did this happen all of a sudden or did you restore a config from another switch?

Hi many thanks Chris I updated Firmware via tftp and everything is normal can access via web thanks
