Board Temp Sensor

Sat Dec 17, 2016 3:40 pm

I guess these temp sensors do not read below 0c
What happens is that a few devices in the field reads Board Temp Sensor at 255 right right after 0c and it turns the fan on at full speed. thinking the system is overheating ?
Everything else does function normally ... but that Fan running at full speed make the board even cooler and short the life of the fan !

I see that behavior 1.4.3rc3 or 1.4.5rc6

Please fix it :)

1) I assume this is a DC switch but which model?

2) Please upgrade to v1.4.6 just to confirm issue is still there.

If the problem is still there can you arrange for Eric (our programmer) to get access to the unit?

UPDATE: Our temps are getting back to 10 - 20 F range so we will not see this until we get back to -29F (in wind about -45F to - 50F) I hope we are done with this arctic cold!

You can always put that to a freezer and see if you get this 255.
