I didn't see that it was released but we can give it a try and ill let you know. I have a test switch on my desk I am going to try this on.

You can try querying the device with another tool like SnmpB or The Dude and see if you can see the interface speeds changing.

So we updated firmware, I removed it from Solarwinds and re-added it, and even loaded it into a different NPM as Eric suggested and it wont even report the interface speeds. So this is still is not working.

Now, I did add a new out of the box Netonix switch with a very basic config, added it to Solarwinds, and it's reporting correctly

So any idea what else can be done to solve the problem?

Are both switches running the same firmware version?

Yes

Nothing has changed to the config of the switch when this problem started. The only change was we upgraded the firmware.

There isn't really anything we can do at this point. Above you mentioned you tried another switch and it worked, you'll need to figure out what is different between the working and non-working switches.

maybe try to factory reset the switch that is having issues...

Sure we can give that a try. It's going to take us about a week before we can do this because we have some SLA customers being fed off these switches. Ill update you everyone once we have done that.
