switch missing pings

since I started using the WS-10-250-AC I see missed pings on a fairly consistent basis

Kinda wondering what is going on.

What firmware version?
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.

To do an Advanced Search click the magnifying glass in the Search Box.
To upload pictures click the Upload attachment link below the BLUE SUBMIT BUTTON.
