Would like to hire consultant for advice, setup and more

I would like to hire consultant or other wisp related person to advice and guide me in my existing WISP.
As of now we're having two separate networks in bridge mode (cpe in router mode) that should be reconfigured to one fully routed/ospf/vlan setup for better performance, security, redundancy and scalability.
We are located in Norway, using only Ubiquiti and Netonix equipment.
I'll be happy to pay for the right person to guide me through the prosess to a new, well planned and stable setup.
