Hi Chris, Discovery protocols and tab are disabled already as per your advice. SMTP not using, as recommended.

I understand that the CPU figure is for management and doesn't affect traffic, just seems higher than what I have seen others post.

2 Days uptime and still running really well.

Over 2 weeks and no issues. I have now enabled SNMP and monitoring voltage and port bandwidth usage seems to work well. I have also spent my Sunday running 6mm in for the DC. The main difference is voltage stability. 27.5 at PSU and 26.4 at the switch. Whereas before the voltage would move around as the radios were utilised, now the voltage is rock solid and stable at 26.4v.
Looking at maybe ordering some more switches...

Actually I would use v1.4.3rc6 as it has some bug fixes before enabling more features.
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.
