Got v1.0.1 of Netonix Manager installed and it runs for me now


Two things I noticed though:

1] it thinks there is in upgrade to 1.0




2] throughput numbers don't match the web interface








Yes I know I need to goto 1.4.5... that's why I loaded the manager

The manager has a much slower telemetry update compared to the web UI which is every second so they will almost never match.

Not sure how that can ever match with the delay factor involved.

This isn't bursty traffic though.
It's actually very solid 24x7 in my environment




Quick math shows the Manager is off by a factor of 4 on all my switches.

Any plans for import/export?

Is it possible that we could have tabs to split up like in "department", "site" etc. ?
When you have many switches the list gets long. Could be nice to be able to split up in tabs....

So far it's working great. We have got so many switches at this point, a search option would be helpful also. Something that can match a text screen anywhere in the name so my guys trying to get to it by phone only have to type a couple of characters.

since it's web-based, you can use your browser's built-in 'find in page' utility.. control-F if on a desktop, if using chrome on mobile, it's the three dot icon at the top right, and the option you're looking for is near the bottom. I don't have an IOS device, but I'm sure that functionality is included somewhere.

Julian's solution will work (its the first thing I thought of) but I think some kind of search/filtering could actually be very useful. I'll look into it.

Installed on my ubuntu server, in the same environment of my core switch, keep getting: changed state to Offline: Error: ETIMEDOUT, then online, then offline, I can ping the device just fine with no packet loss. Suggestions?

Any chance of a view remote log, or clear remote log warning / reset to green on the Netonix Manager?

And for the offline devices, last seen would be great too!
