WISP Switch is a rack mount switch already annouced.

Tower Switch is a split switch design.
The switch itself is mounted on the tower and there is a fiber composite cable that connects it to a rackmount power supply in your box at the base of the tower.

Are you going to manufacture an outside plant fiber/dc combo cable?

Will this tower switch be a unit integrated with some type of nema enclosure with lid to get to the ports, or will it be a unit that goes inside customer provided nema box?

Yes, we will provide cable in either pre terminated lengths or raw cable with termination kits.

It will be a complete solution so yes we provide a box for the tower, a 1U chassis for the ground cabinet, and composite cable to connect them.

Chris - Any chance there will be a version of the Wisp Switch that is DC powered? We power all of our towers and their electronics from DC with only a battery charger plugged into AC.

Edit: or can we bypass the AC power unit and go into the switch via DC? On the TS POE uints we discard the AC power block and wire the DC barrel directly to our DC terminal strips. We are pulling all TS switchs out.
