Thanks Ben, its my mother in law, she probably will not be with us much longer but you never know, she will probably get better if for no other reason than to be a pain in my butt for many more years.

Sure hate to bug you... I hope your MIL is doing better.

Just wondering about my two RMA's (2110 and 2111)... delivered to you on May 9, received by Peterka. No problem if you need more time, as we're not in a rush. Just want to make sure you aren't waiting on me for anything.

Hunter and I will have completed all RMAs in the warehouse tomorrow.

Then I have to start emailing people with the results so should hear from us soon

If you do not have an RMA # then I would resend the request.

Hello,

We have not received a response regarding five separate emails that were sent on 10/29 to rma@netonix.com. We are requesting repair for 3 switches and 2 under warranty. Please let us know if we will need to resubmit. Thanks!

Please include a print out of this email in the box with the returned units.
Please do not send back any power cords or mounting kits.
Make sure to package switch to not get damaged in shipping as you will get the same unit back.
Your switch will be evaluated to determine if the unit failed or was damaged.

If the unit was damaged or is out of warranty period there will be a fee to repair the unit else it will be returned fixed for free.
NOTE: RMA turnaround time will be longer than usual due to some internal issues and me needing some time off.

Is it possible to get an update on how you are coming on your backlog? I got an RMA then sent in a device for repair. I have not heard any further information on how it is progressing. Thanks, Rick
