ePMP and elevate

Anyone have some first hand experience with Cambium and elevate on M5 gear? I'm at the point with another wisp we acquired that I've got the choice to try epmp or just upgrade the towers to AC and gps sync that way. I'm curious if anyone has ran both and has a decent comparison?
