Anyone doing the connect america fund? I've got a huge number of completely unserved homes in my area (no DSL, no wireless, only 3G cell service (and barely that). I could build to these areas but I'd be 3-4 years ROI on the site. As I understand it, this fund can subsidize getting service out the these areas...
just wondering if anyone has any experience in it and if it is worth government hassle.
