Hello,
I ordered a NPM30WM 30' tower about a year ago and still have not received it or gotten any updates. Is this tower no longer available? The contact us button on the website is not working and i am not sure how to get support or call anyone on this. I ordered it from streakwave and need to know if i should cancel this order.

Did you order direct from us, If so what is your order #?
Yes we still make it, we ran out of stock last month but they are back in stock this week.
We shipped 1 today that was back ordered 1 month and have another back order we are trying to reach customer on freight quote.
8 left in stock as of today.

Streakwave has none on order with us.
YOur order is ready to ship.
We called your office again yesterday trying to reach Charles, was not in office so left message with my cell to call me back.
