The latency went up 20+ms when saturated and was a little jumpy like any other half duplex link.

Yes you can adjust the TDMA or leave it at Auto as I have it for now.

I think Auto 50/50 or 25/75 or 75/25, might have been other options?

Wow, sounds promising. I definitely think 75/25 will fit most of our needs. Does "Capacity" seem to change much with noise from what you can tell?

I really have not played with it too much.

My guys installed it and aligned it/

I logged in and looked at analyzer and picked a quick set of channels then that night failed my net over to it and ran a few tests.

It has just been happily sitting there waiting to take over for the AF24 if rain happens.

I'm watching mimosa closely. I'm getting pretty fed up with ubiquiti. I really want to see how the product evolves and firmware issues get handled etc etc to see what kind of vendor mimosa is going to end up being when they are up to volume. I think that the B5-lite might end up being a really good compromise at $600 for a lot of my links, and AF5X is still an ~$1100 link.

Yea, the B5-Lite does look interesting, I have a lot of short range applications for this all in one @ $600 MSRP.

Do not get me wrong I am excited to try the AFX with UNI-I and UNI-II as well, I asked Ben for one but I am not in the good graces anymore.

Chris did you ever hear back from Mimosa about using the 48VHP setting with the B5's?

Ran a radio in 48VH. Didn't see any smoke.

Advice from my team, if it powers that satisfies their requirements for testing. I think VH should be the recommended option, given our input spec is for a draw of up to 1.1A.

I asked Tom to LAB it today, will report if he sees smoke!
