Hi All,

We want to have a 3 G2's connected to a Netonix. The 3 G2's will be all powered. Will the Netonix ignore the inbound 48v POE on the Ports 3-6 mimosa.
a) Port 1 -- First G2
b) Port 2 -- C5

c) Port 3 -- Second G2 powered

d) Port 4 -- Third G2 powered -- these would be powered.
Would this damage a Netonix switch where would the power go, would we have this in on power off.
Jamie

Why do you think this would damage the Netonix?

Thousands of people use Netonix to power MIMOSA, UBNT, Cambium, Ignite, and other radios.

What model Netonix switch are you using?

This thread is not clear to me as to what is getting connected and how. It sounds like what is connected is externally powered and will put voltage into the Netonix switch port.

I see what you're saying.

you shouldn't have any issues with inbound PoE, everything is RC grounded internally, and the output of the FETs are in a high impedance state while not turned on.

make sense?
