IPv6 capabilities on switches?

Wed Jan 24, 2024 3:52 pm

Hello.

Does anyone know if IPv6 can be used for management on DC powered switches like the WS-26-400-IDC?
Also, does the DHCP option insertion also do option 37 and 41 for DHCPv6?

I'm trying to find a PoE switch that will run on -48v DC and it looks like I may have found it, but we have mostly phased out IPv4 on most of our systems.

If not, does anyone at Netonix have an answer about when that might be coming?

IPV6 on the WS-26-400-IDC and WS line does work.

WS3 line not tested.
