You preponderance of information is extremely useful in helping you :ak:

1) What version of firmware?
2) Please post up a screen grab of your Main Status Tab and your Device/Status Tab.
3) What device is in port 4?
4) Has this been working fine and then just started happening?

MORE DETAILS PLEASE, since I dropped my crystal ball I have had to rely more on my skills of debugging issues.

You can upload pictures by clicking the link under the Blue Post Submit button.

Your log is reporting this:
Nov 7 13:26:42 STP: set port 4 to learning
Nov 7 13:26:43 STP: set port 4 to forwarding

This would indicate that the device in Port 4 keeps losing it's Ethernet link.

This could be from a bad cable or end connection, damaged device, or damaged port in the switch.

What would I do to try and narrow this down:
1) Upgrade firmware if not v1.4.5rc8
2) Reboot the device in port 4, you can do this by clicking the gear on the far right side on the Status or Ports Tab and select bounce port.
3) Check the cabling and ends, could just be dirt in one of the connectors interrupting communications.
4) Check to see if port 4 is damaged by moving the cable in port 4 to another port of the switch.
